Chinese Premier Li Keqiang arrives on Parliament Hill for talks with Trudeau

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang is expected to arrive on Parliament Hill shortly after 9:30 a.m. ET today for bilateral talks with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Canada and China continue to focus on their trading relationship, but a proposed extradition treaty has given rise to human rights concerns.
