Samsung’s budget Galaxy A21 leaks with quad rear cameras and a fingerprint scanner

Following the launch of its flagship Galaxy S20 series, Samsung is gearing up to launch a number of mid-range and budget devices. Over the last few days, some of these upcoming devices have been leaked online. These include the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, a 5G variant of the mid-range Galaxy A71, and the budget-centric Galaxy A41 and Galaxy A11. But that’s not all that Samsung has in store for us. As per a recent report from Android Headlines, Samsung is also gearing up to launch a follow up to last year’s Galaxy A20 — the Galaxy A21.

Leaked renders of the upcoming Galaxy A21 have now surfaced online, giving us our first look at the budget device. As you can see in the renders below, the Galaxy A21 features Samsung’s Infinity-O display with a hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera in the top left corner and a substantial chin at the bottom. The device has a quad0camera setup on the back, along with a capacitive fingerprint scanner. From the looks of it, the volume rocker and the power button on the Galaxy A21 are on the right edge and it has a 3.5mm headphone jack on the bottom edge, alongside the charging port.

As of now, we have no information about the internal specifications of the Galaxy A21. However, it’s speculated that the device will feature Samsung’s Exynos 7904 chipset, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage with a micro SD card slot for expansion. The device is also expected to include a 4,000 mAh battery, but we aren’t sure if Samsung will be including any fast charging capabilities on the device or not. It’s also worth noting that Samsung will be launching the Galaxy A21 in the US, as per a recent tweet from our resident leakster Max Weinbach.
